Client Reviews

Andrew Cates and his "Texas Ethics Laws" annotated guide have become my go-to resources for answers to some of the more complicated questions raised by Texas's ever-evolving web of lobby, campaign finance, and election laws. By providing up-to-date information in a straightforward format, he makes compliance easy, simplifying the policymaking process for nonprofits and individuals alike.

Program Director, Bolder Advocacy Alliance for Justice
Andrew Cates was the lead lobbyist for Nurse-Family Partnership in Texas for four years. During that time, he helped increase our funding, raised awareness of our program, and helped us make connections and open doors we couldn't have on our own.
